How it Works
The process of renting from us is designed to be simple and hassle-free. Here's a step-by-step breakdown of how it works:
1. Browse our Collection: Visit our website or showroom to explore our expansive collection of contemporary clothing. You can easily filter your search by garment type, size, colour, or occasion to find the perfect piece.
2. Select Your Items: Once you have found the items you love, simply add them to your virtual cart on our website or inform our librarian of your choices. Remember to check the availability and rental price of each item.
3. Rental Duration: Each rental period lasts for 7 days, starting from the day you take the items. This allows you enough time to style, use, and return the pieces. Keep in mind that the return deadline is always 5.30pm on the seventh day.
4. Placing Your Order: To secure your rental, we require a holding deposit. We also have a minimum order amount of £75. You can easily make this payment online during the checkout process. Please note that the holding deposit will be refunded once the items are returned in the same condition they were provided.
5. Delivery or Collection: All rentals are collection only.
6. Care for the Clothing: While using the rented items, please treat them with care. Be mindful of stains, spills, or any damage that may occur. We understand that accidents can happen, in which case, we kindly request you notify us of any mishaps so that we can guide you on the best way to handle the situation.
7. Return the Items: Once the rental period is over, it's time to return the items. Ensure that all used pieces are dry cleaned, in the same condition as you received them, and packaged securely. Please drop off the garments at our showroom.
8. Receive Your Deposit Refund: Upon receiving the returned items and verifying their condition, we will promptly refund your holding deposit. This amount will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
9. Repeat and Discover More: As a valued member of the library, you can continue to explore our collection, discover new fashion trends, and bring fresh styles to life. We pride ourselves on regularly updating our inventory, ensuring there is always something exciting for you to try.
